General advice

What you should do:

1. Ensure your puppy has the necessary vaccinations and boosters after collection.

2. Worm your puppy regularly

3. Feed your puppy on an all in one type of food

4. Feed your puppy at a regular time of day

5. It is a good idea to buy your puppy a toy as it is likely to need something to chew.

6. It is very important to train your puppy from the start.

Terms and conditions

The puppy you purchase from Foxborough Farm Kennels Ltd is guaranteed as a pet only and is not to be used for commercial

breeding. Foxborough Farm Kennels Ltd will be under no obligation to Kennel club register a puppy unless this is expressly

stated at the time of sale, and reference given to registration at the time of purchase.

This in no way implies your puppy will be perfect to breed standard or guaranteed to breed in the

future.

Your puppy is considered your full responsibility from the time we receive full payment and it

is collected from our property.

If you encounter any difficulties with your puppy, you should contact us immediately.

If you find your puppy is not suitable for you, or if your circumstances change at any time

we may agree to accept the puppy back and we will endeavour to re-home it for you.

If we agree to try and re-home your puppy every effort will be made to recoup your purchase

price although you should be aware that a maximum of £150 will be returnable to you. The

remainder will go towards feed, advertising and veterinary expenses for the puppy.

We accept no responsibility for any genetic defects that are discovered after the puppy

leaves our premises.

We accept no responsibility for Veterinary costs incurred after the puppy has left our premises.

It is the new purchasers responsibility to maintain insurance cover for their new puppy at the end

of the period of free insurance, should this be issued.

New purchasers should note however insurance cover is not issued in all cases.

In purchasing from us all new owners agree to the above terms and conditions including the

following:

1. Foxborough Farm Kennels Ltd will not pass on or sell any purchaser information knowingly to third party.

2. We are happy to accept deposits for puppies (subject to a minimum of £100) but this will

not be returnable in any event. If Foxborough Farm Kennels Ltd is unable to supply the relevant

goods/puppy we may in some circumstances refund the deposit or put this forward to

another item/puppy of your choice.

3. Returns due to no fault of Foxborough Farm Kennels Ltd will be subject to a maximum payment of £150.
